SeriesFest is a non-profit organization dedicated to championing artists at the forefront of episodic storytelling

SeriesFest, a non-profit organization, champions and empowers artists at the forefront of episodic storytelling by providing year-round opportunities for creators and industry experts to connect, collaborate, and share stories, which inspire and impact global audiences.

SeriesFest builds a bridge between creators, established artists, industry professionals and audience members by changing the way these communities interact, engage and create stories that represent a global worldview.

We are the passionate opportunity-makers, curators, strategists, partners, collaborators, mentors, tastemakers and admirers for the unique and ambitious creative independents of the world. We are episodic content creators and storytellers.

We recognize that the global impact of COVID-19 has greatly affected storytellers and their projects, from production halts to disrupted festival premiere plans. As we constructed the policies and procedures for submitting projects for Season 7 consideration, we worked to add new programs to highlight independent series that have been affected or even inspired by the challenges of the past year.

Furthermore, we have decided to pivot SeriesFest: Season 7 (June 24–July 11, 2021) to a “hybrid” festival format, which will include combination of physical and virtual screenings, panels, professional development workshops and socially-distanced in person events in Denver.
