The safety of our SeriesFest community is a top priority.
SeriesFest: Season 8, May 5-11, 2022 will be an in-person event to take place in Denver, CO at the Sie FilmCenter, Hotel Clio, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and other locations within the Denver Metro Area. With the understanding that the Covid-19 landscape continues to change, we set forth the following protocols to ensure that all guests, participants, attendees, employees, contractors, suppliers, and all other individuals are clear on our goals, procedures, and requests. These protocols will be updated as applicable laws and guidance change, and business needs dictate. Please read the following to familiarize yourself, and comply with the following guidelines.
All badge and ticket buyers, guests, press, jury, panelists, staff, contractors, volunteers, and all other attendees/participants at SeriesFest are strongly encouraged to wear a mask in indoor venues.
SeriesFest reserves the right to institute mask mandates as we feel necessary and as dictated by federal, state and local officials.
All badge and ticket buyers, guests, press, jury, panelists, staff, contractors, volunteers, and all other attendees/participants at SeriesFest will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of a completed primary vaccination series against Covid-19. The only exceptions will be the legally required accommodations for medical, disability, and religious reasons.
SeriesFest will accept all vaccines approved by the CDC for travel to the US. The final vaccine must be dated at least 14 days prior to credential pick-up date, arrival on site, or start of employment. Attendees are highly encouraged to receive a booster vaccination, if eligible. You will be asked to attest to your vaccine status in advance of the event and to be prepared to show proof of your vaccine status upon arrival at any venue.
The above policies apply at our festival run venues. At Red Rocks Amphitheatre, attendees' vaccination status will be checked upon entry by venue security. Protocols at other venues may vary.
Participant understands that disclosing one's vaccination status is purely voluntary. If an individual declines to provide vaccination information, they will not be permitted to participate in the event and will not be entitled to any refunds. Individuals are encouraged to raise with SeriesFest any need for reasonable accommodation with respect to the protocols due to health conditions, disabilities or sincerely held religious beliefs or practices in advance of the event via firstname.lastname@example.org
SeriesFest will visually verify the vaccination status of credentialed and ticketed participants via vaccine cards or clear photos of vaccine cards upon arrival to any venue.
Any children age 5 and over must provide proof of a completed primary vaccination series against Covid-19. Any children over the age of 2 should wear a mask.
If at any time in advance of your arrival to the event or during your participation in the event you are feeling sick or exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, stay home, self-quarantine, and get tested.
As a participant in SeriesFest: Season 8, you commit to:
- Adhering to the COVID-19 policies and mitigation measures above.
- Wearing your mask properly when required, over both the nose and mouth.
- Practicing respiratory etiquette when masks are not required, such as covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
- Frequently washing or sanitizing your hands.
- Staying up to date with CDC's recommendations for COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters approved by the CDC for travel to the US.
SeriesFest reserves the right to revoke or suspend access to anyone in service of the health and safety of its attendees and participants.
